Garden Apartment With River Views
Accessed via the garden to the side of the mill, the Tryfan apartment affords wonderful views over the river and woodland. You can step out of the French doors and straight into the garden where you are able to dine outside in the summer or relax as you watch the sunset. The apartment features an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Beautifully furnished in solid oak, the Tryfan boasts original oak beams and a homely feel. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, 43″ flat screen TV with Sky Q, leather sofas and premium bedding.

Living Room
Two leather sofas provide comfortable seating for when it is time to relax in front of the TV. The open-plan space also features an extendable dining table with four chairs and a full-length mirror. The bathroom and both bedrooms are accessed from the this room and there are wonderful views of the river and the surrounding countryside. French windows lead directly to the garden.
Smart TV with Sky Q
You don’t need to miss the big Premier League matches at the weekend or any of your favourite programmes while you are here. The Tryfan apartment is equipped with a 43″ Samsung smart TV and Sky Q (full package). You can download movies, record anything that you don’t want to miss and explore hundreds of channels as you relax after your amazing days out.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and much more! When you have prepared your latest culinary masterpiece, you can dine at the extendable oak table before relaxing in front of the TV. You will find all of the pots and pans that you need together with crockery, cutlery and utensils. Naturally there’s a kettle and a cafetiere!
Bathroom
The practical bathroom features a toilet, a sink and a large shower cubicle. There’s plenty of towels and you will find a hairdryer in the handy cupboard. We have included dispensers filled with liquid soap and shower gel for your convenience and toilet rolls are supplied. If you have forgotten any of your toiletries, let us know because we should have what you need.
Double Bedroom
You will benefit from a peaceful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bedroom which overlooks the garden and the river. Luxurious linens will enhance your enjoyment of a gorgeous room featuring solid oak furniture including a chest of drawers for your clothes and two bedside tables. There are lamps for reading and spare blankets in a trundle under the bed.
Twin Bedroom
There’s a bit of an American theme going on in the twin bedroom! High-quality linens create a luxurious feel in a gorgeous bedroom furnished in solid oak. A chest of drawers provides storage for your cloths and you will find spare blankets and further storage space in the trundle under the bed.

It’s usually when when we are packing that it occurs to us that we haven’t asked if there is hairdryer or a blender in the house!
